Non-material amendment to planning permission 23/P/00356 approved 19/03/2024 to change the hanging tiles to red brick for rear of the building in residents garden areas, change of the windows from the current style with window bars to more standard windows without bars, omit the single storey step outs at lower GF (with doors at UGF), omit similar step out along the front at upper GF, omit the single storey step out at the dining room at LGF, first floor balcony at dining room at front of building: change to be part of dining room rather than externalspace, shorten the roof over the omitted balcony at the lounge at second floor, omit the step out of the windows at the porch at upper ground floor to the managers office, omission of any glass balustrades at not accessible areas / french doors, alignment of roof levels, reduce number of chimneys & change position, omission of plinth bands at the rear of the building, omission of timber roof structure at upper ground floor café, changing arched brick courses (above windows) to soldier courses, and change doors at UGF to bedrooms along the front to windows (facing the car park).
