Deed of variation to the Section 106 dated 20 March 2022 to vary the definition of the Commencement of Development to allow the undertaking of works relating to the Sustainable Movement Corridor without triggering the requirement for these obligations, to correct an obligation relating to the phasing of when the SANG NMU Connection would be provided by changing the Phase number withing Schedule 5 Paragraph 2.6 to relate to residential Phase 2, within Schedule 5, to amend the trigger to deliver the Bus Service Phasing Plan to relate specifically to the commencement of any dwelling instead of a strict pre-commencement trigger, and within Schedule 5, to amend the trigger to Paragraph 14.1 to allow for the occupation of 270 dwellings before the requirement for the obligations within Paragraphs 14.1.1 and 14.1.2 are necessary.
