Deed of Variation to the Section 106 agreement dated 27/10/23 to allow customers to staircase to 100% ownership but remain in Abri's ownership in perpetuity and further wish to amend the cascade system for Local Connection test for allocations within the S106 being: 1. Marketing to the Parish of Normandy for a period of 3 months. 2. If no interest from above, marketing to neighbouring Parishes; Wanborough, Worplesdon, Pirbright, Ash/Ash Vale/Tongham for a period of 3 months.3. If no interest from above, marketing to the Guildford Borough Council district area for a period of 3 months. 4. If no interest from above then anyone outside the Guildford Borough Council area.
