The original permission under ref: 13/P/02028 was for the erection of a single storey building comprising a foodstore and warehouse with a green sedum roof and solar panels, 77 car parking spaces, eight covered cycle spaces, loading and unloading area including one lorry parking space and associated landscaping. Off site highway works on London Road and Burpham Lane are also proposed.
