T1 (mature Fagus sylvatica in chapel grounds with fungal bracket) - Crown reduce upper third of canopy by no more than 7m. The approximate diameter of final cuts to upright stems in this area to be no more than 18cm. - Crown reduce middle third of canopy by no more than 4m to achieve a rounded shape - Crown reduce bottom third of canopy by no more than 2m to retain as much material as possible for future growth of the tree.
