36 (Oak)- Reduce overall size of crown by 2m, remove deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. 38 (Horse Chestnut) - Reduce overall size of crown by 3m, crown lift to 4m from ground level. 39 (Horse Chestnut) - sever and remove 2m section of ivy and re inspect base - Exempt work. 42 (Apple) - cut back and clear the brambles, crown reduce by 1.5m. 43 (Cotinus species) -Reduce overall size of crown by 1.5m. 43a (Yew) - crown lift to a height of 3m over the shrub bed. 44 (Conifer) - sever and remove 2m section of ivy.- Exempt work. 44b (Elder and Hazel)- cut back to the boundary fence to a height of 3m. Effingham Conservation Area.
