Non-material amendment to planning application 21/P/00312 approved 25/08/2021 to allow for the new and replaced existing windows, along with the rear bi-folding and sliding glazed doors to be mid-grey, the enlarged rear facing door in the proposed living room to be increased in width and be a bi-folding glazed door, a marginal relocation of the front door and the introduction of a similar full height glazed panel to the other side of the front door, a larger roof lantern with hipped ends as opposed to gable ends and a marginal realignment of the section of pitched roof over the new front door, namely the eaves line is to be brought forward by circa 350mm in order to increase the depth of the oversailing roof next to the front door.
