2400 - Sycamore Remove single stem - Central stem with necrosis and dieback. Crown lift tree highway and street lamp clearance to 2.5m. Heavily pollarded in past now regenerating. Some robust deadwood present. Bark necrosis in central leader from trifurcation at 3m with significant dieback in upper stem crown. 2403 - London Plane Reduce/pollard N aspect limb towards building from approximately 9m to 5-6m and height of limb from 13m to 9-10m giving approximately 4m clearance of building to mitigate encroachment issue. Overhangs road and footpath. Lamp column beneath crown. - Following findings from a tree survey.
