Description

Tree species: Quercus Wislizeni 'interior live oak' non-native species. Tree numbers on sketch plan: T1 Description of proposed works: Fell and replace - approx. 6m in height, roots are starting to cause damage to the nearby swimming pool -will grow to over 20m in height, which would be far too dominant and damaging to the area and pool. The shade is also encouraging on my neighbours outdoor seating area. The proposed works are part of a garden redesign to improve light levels, safety, and biodiversity, with replacement planting of more appropriately sized native or ornamental trees considered as part of the long-term landscaping plan.
