Front Garden T1 - Conifer - Fell to ground - T1 is located in front garden (see map provided) - Reasons for request to fell: - Unable to prune to a reasonable scale without exposing old/brown wood. - Conifer is non-native species, at odds with the other trees in this conservation area and is inappropriately sited in front and too close to the property. - All other properties on the street do not have such a large tree directly in front of the house/bay window, so it is detrimental to the street aesthetic.
