Description

Dead Lawson Cypress (T1) located at the end of the garden near the fence. Approx. 10m in height and 5m in spread. Request to fell to near ground level. The tree began declining in July 2024. Following arboricultural advice, it was retained in case of recovery. As of July 2025, it is approximately 99% dead, with no signs of recovery and extensive bark damage caused by wildlife. The tree will be replaced with a hardier Thuja plicata 'Atrovirens' (T2), to be planted approximately 2.5 metres to the right of the original location (T1), to maintain screening and continuity.
