Description

Replacement of the existing slate roof covering with Spanish natural slates (500mm x 250mm), including removal and replacement of slates on the front pitch and parts of the rear pitch; replacement of damaged hip and ridge tiles; repair of box valleys with new waterproof membrane and boarding; re-rendering of the chimney stack and parapet walls; installation of breathable membrane and treated timber battens; addition of vent slates to improve roof airflow and associated works.
