Granted 21st March 2022. We seek to demonstrate that material operations (in this case excavation work ready to lay foundations, as defined in Section 56 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) were carried out before the time limit on a planning permission expired, and thereby lawfully implementing the permission.
