Description

Silver birch (Betula pendula). A mature tree that has a limb protruding into my clients garden by approx. 5m. (basically the entire width).Tree is in neighbouring property (rented) and never maintained. The limb provides a risk to my clients property and safety as appears in poor condition and also significantly shades the rear garden. Proposed works is to remove the limb at the boundary line.
