Statement of work: G1 Mixed vegetation - Rear boundary; To cut back to boundary all vegetation overhanging the boundary wall and extending over the footpath. T5 Sycamore - Rear boundary: To lift the lower canopy to provide approximately 5 metres clearance from ground level overhanging the access gate to allow for emergency vehicle. T6 Holm Oak - Rear boundary. To lift lower canopy to approximately 3m above ground level overhanging council land in order to expose any trespassers trying to cross breach in boundary fence into Paragon land. T7 Robinia - Towards the front boundary, close to where the new tree will be planted: To remove major deadwood, split and hanging branches and lift the lower canopy to approximately 2 metres above ground level. T8 Magnolia - Rear garden, close to the rear of the property: Crown Reduction - To reduce the overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1 metre, maintaining a natural shape and remove major deadwood. Reason for work ? General maintenance.
