Corresponding amendments to Conditions 3 and 65 are also required to ensure consistency with the proposed modifications", the proposed amendment relates to Conditions 22 (Architectural/Historic Material) and 67 (Fixed Plant Noise) to adjust the triggers for the submission of relevant details to an alternative stage in the construction programme.
