Submission of details pursuant to the partial discharge of Condition 25 (Details of Materials) of planning permission 24/2772/MA dated 16/09/2025 to include further details and updated details to those previously approved under Ref. 24/1435/SD on 01/07/2024 in respect of the following details only:- paving and means of enclosure;- change to the colour of some of the metallic materials including cladding, louvred doors, railings, canopy, mesh fencing and solid fencing;- change to the mesh fencing to be installed on the upper ground podium- change to the height and design of the two maisonette entrance doors on Elevation A- change to external doors to cycle store and bin store from double leaf louvred doors to single leaf louvred doors- change to the profile of the proposed cladding.
