Description

The tree (see T1 on "Morden House Tree removal.pdf" for location) is a relatively mature Bay FELL- severely impinging on the Outhouse creating fractures in the walls and foundations. - concern that the root system will similarly impinge on the brick boundary wall between Morden House and the neighbouring property some 1-1.5 metres below Morden House, and the base of the tree is less than 1 metre from the boundary wall. It is hoped that this will allow the fine mature Camelia also growing in the raised bed to flourish, it is not intended to replace the Bay at present.
