Description

Request for an Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended). The proposed development involves a phased, mixed-use project encompassing five buildings (Blocks A-D and F) ranging from 7 to 23 stories in height. Additionally, two of the blocks will have a one-story basement level.
