Description

Certificate of Lawfulness (proposed) is sought for replacement of front porch roof from a flat bitumen roof to a pitched roof with tiles to match existing main roof. There will be no effect on max pitch height. The works being carried out to remediate this defective area of roofing street wide, improve insulation, aid drainage and bring this street in line with the surrounding street scene.
