Request for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended), in respect of the redevelopment with the buildings up to a maximum height of 86.3m AOD comprised of the following:The wider Bow Common Masterplan covered by the S73 application intended to comprise 1,764 homes, at least 1ha new public open space, commercial and community floorspace, part podium / part basement car parking across the scheme; cycling storage; energy centre; pedestrian, cycle and vehicular accesses; and Up to 1,450 homes delivered in Phases 2-5 and assessed in a new planning application.
