Request for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping opinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended), in respect of the proposed demolition of existing structures on the site, and construction of a mixed use development comprising of approximately up to 350 residential dwellings (Use Class C3), 12,000 sqm GEA of flexible light industrial/ commercial/ storage (Use Class E / B8), 750 sqm GEA of commercial use (Use Class E), 1,000 sqm GEA of community use (Use Class F).
