Description

Removal of dead Spruce - tree has gone into decline over the last few years, and a tree surgeon advises that now 80% of the tree is dead with danger of dead branches snapping off. The declining spruce tree is located relatively close to the house, and the next door house. If the tree was to come down in high winds it would cause significant damage to both houses and risk of harm to residents.
