Certificate of Lawfulness pursuant to Class A Part 9 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 for the installation of Siebert Road and Westcombe Hill Area Noise Barrier under Schedule 2 Requirement 13 of the Silvertown Tunnel Order 2018. The noise barrier is proposed along the northbound carriageway of the A102 Blackwall Tunnel Approach Road between the B210 Charlton Road and Westcombe Hill railway viaduct. The noise barrier would be untreated timber attached on a metal structure with a concrete foundation and would vary in height up to a maximum of 4m.
