Ash (T1) - crown reduce Reduce height by 2m from 11m to 9m. Reduce lateral spread by 10m from 11m to 1m. A mature ash that was historically heavily pollarded other than one limb, it is unclear why this limb was not removed as part of the initial work. This is now extremely weight loaded and has a cavity near the main union. It is overhanging the main patio and presents a serious hazard as failure could result in injury and damage to property. The tree will tolerate the pruning as specified above.
