An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the planning permission dated 07 December 2022 (Reference: 22/3505/F) for 'Regeneration of existing play area including new boundary treatmnet, new play area entrance, new seating, new pathways, works to playspace and associated alterations' to allow:- the play space boundary treatment and make all of t he boundary railings, as opposed to a combination of existing brick walls (re-pointed and in places a new brick wall.) The new railings would match the consented boundary railing treatment, i.e 'Hot dipped galvanised steel top railing, 1000mm high Powder coated finish black RAL 9005'.
