Description

Change of use of ground floor external spaces to Use Class F1(a), F1(b), F1(c), F1(e), F2(a) or F2(b). Ground floor alterations within the central area's east and west arches to introduce enclosed exhibition spaces. Removal of ramps and floor finishes to the central arched area to allow for provision of exhibition areas with new floor finishes. Introduction of one and a half storey stone clad extensions to the east and west ends of the Gatehouse to house new wheelchair accessible entrances to the ground floor offices thereby freeing the central area for increased public access.
