The proposal seeks to reconfigure the internal layout of the second floor to facilitate a new Community Diagnostics Unit, along with external modifications, including the addition of a two storey stretcher lift shaft to the outside of the east elevation, with the installation of additional roof mounted air handling units, associated ducting, platform and guard rails.
