Removal of a dead Cherry Tree to the frontapplication of the property. This overhangs the pavement and adjacent electical substation.Removal of 3 mature Leylandii at the rear of the property (approx 25m+) and close to boundary of adjacent properties. These Removal of these trees is requested for the following reasons.1. Should they fall (or branches) they have could damage to the property, neighbouring property and outbuildings2. Due to their size the root system is likly to interfere with the footings of the neighbouring properties3. They restrict light to the property and neighbouring property4. There is concern relating to the health of one of the treesIn addition there is a Yew tree to the front of the property and Bay tree to the rear which require removal/lopping but not sure if these fall in the requirements for the
