Description

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 25/00403/FUL to allow the following alterations: Flatten the gradient of the car park to 1:20 and change surface materials from block paving to impermeable tar paving, Boundary wall and fence to be raised, Introduction of disabled car parking space, relocation of proposed bike stand, provision of part M compliant access into the building via the side extension and slight alteration to car turning space. Proposed removal of condition 4 which related to the appearance of paving stones.Original Proposal: Change of part of the building from C3 (dwelling) to Class E to allow the extension of the existing veterinary surgery. Proposed alterations to allow the extension of the existing car parking area to create 8 parking spaces in total across the site.
