Variation of Conditions 4 (Electric vehicle charging point) and 7 (Occupation) of planningpermission 21/0038/GLREG3 dated 12.06.21., Condition 4 - propose the followingamendment: The development hereby permitted may be occupied prior to the installation ofan electric vehicle (EV) charging point. However, an EV charging point must be installed atthe proposed dwelling within 12 months of the occupation of the development. The EVcharging point shall comply with BS EN 62196 Mode 3 or 4 charging and BS EN 61851, aswell as the Manual for Gloucestershire Streets. The installed EV charging point shall beretained and maintained in working order for the lifetime of the development. Should the EVcharging point require replacement, the new charging point must meet or exceed theoriginal specifications in terms of charging performance., , Condition 7- propose thefollowing amendment; The occupation of this property as a children's home shall onlyhouse a maximum of 2 children, and a maximum of 3 members of staff.
