Non-material amendment to approved application 23/00341/FUL to enable up to four 8-17 year-olds to reside at the ground-floor children's home, and to enable no more than one 8-17 year-old to reside at the first-floor children's home. NMA is intended to enable residents to stay in the ground-floor and first-floor homes after their 16th birthday to enable a smooth transition for the residents to plan and prepare for their next steps of accomodation.
