Description

See works schedule attached which includes tree identifier to plan, genus, works specification and justification. Additional assessment details are stated in assessment covering letter. The TPO is an area order with plan based on old landmarks. It is not possible to differentiate between trees directly subject the order at the site and those that are not. Therefore all works to trees are included for the current site, this includes some beyond the scope of TPO's. T46 will separately be submitted as a 5 day notification with additional supporting material.No replacement trees are recommended due to density of existing trees (older and younger than the TPO's date).If required more tree assessment detail can be submitted to aid the Authorities determination process, in the form of a spreadsheet. However given the type of information included this will not be for the public register.
