Proposal to undertake to the following works at no.48 London Rd:- Demolish existing front half wall and rebuild, extend and add black railing and pillar detail to increase height.- Re-painting parking spaces and add in two EVC charging points- Obtain permission to demolish / trim and conduct works to the various trees on the property in line with specialists comments and recommendations- Remove existing signage and implement new signage to front elevation- Remove, re-render and finish render on existing front of property and render the two existing brick side extensions to make a uniform façade- Remove and replace front door and first floor windows to be more in keeping with the site and replace any damaged and out outdated features- Re-paint front hand rail- Replace hopper and downpipes on front elevation.- Install new drainage pipes, ventilation outlets and ventilation units (recommended by M&E services) to make development viable and better use for new residents.
