This application relates to a black Poplar, subject to TPO 87. No other trees are included. I have consulted Mr Ben Hummel, Tree Surgeon, who has provided advice. It is requested that all dead wood be removed, shorten lower limbs by 6 metres. They are almost touching our home and a neighbour's house. Lift foliage which trails over a service road to the Tennis Centre, to prevent interference with traffic. Some of the branches are laden with mistletoe, making them extra heavy.
