Non Material Amendment - An amendment to retain the existing porch on the front elevation and replace the existing window with the front door and associated side windows. • Add stone cladding to the existing porch walls. • Glazing to the TV room. • Glazing to the utility. • Position of the bi-fold door opening on the rear elevation. • Replace all casement windows, with an adjustment to the arrangement of glazing panels within each. • Adjust capping detail to the approved extension at the rear. • Retain existing extension to the south of the rear elevation. • Adjustments to the internal layouts.
