Description

Discharge of Condition 4.(Details of Thatch Ridge) for planning ref 2025/00169/LBC - The proposal is for a full rethatch of the already thatch portion of the existing roof. This will include a new thatched ridge. The proposal also includes the potential need for repair work to be carried out to the chimneys (detailed further in 6.2 of the Heritage Impact assessment).
