Reduction in length of the single storey kitchen/diner rear extension (the width and height of the extension remain unchanged); consented sliding door NED G04 moved from the western to the northern elevation and the subsequent omission of consented windows NW G03 and NW G04 from the northern elevation; sliding door NED G03 size modified slightly to be centralised along western elevation of shortened extension; rooflights 01 and 02 reduced in size and reconfigured accordingly to fit the reduced length; and slight modification to the patio layout to accommodate the change.
