Non Material Amendment - An amendment to change condition 12 from: Notwithstanding the submitted plans, prior to the commencement of any works, the following engineering details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority: • Details of the proposed vision splay to the western exit (To include the setting back of the mesh boundary fence adjacent to Argae Lane) • Details of footways/cycleways • Kerbing • Crossing points • Boundary treatments • Lighting • Surfacing • Road markings • Signage The agreed details shall be brought into use prior to the beneficial use of the new school site and thereafter retained at all times.
