Non Material Amendment - An amendment to pitched single storey roof at the rear of the property as part of a larger extension project. The pitched roof has been complete but the original builder made a mistake which would be easier to rectify if the the roof was changed to flat a single storey roof. The flat roof will start from the lowest point of pitched roof that was originally approved so no additional height will be added to the roof as part of this work (as shown on the new plans submitted).
