Description

Demolition of existing outhouse. Rebuild on same footprint extending by 0.8m to link to detached garage, new slated pitch roof and knock through existing wall to create larger kitchen. Extend existing garage, replace existing steel corrugated roof with pitch slate roof with roof of kitchen extension tying into garage roof. Renew existing clay sewer and grey water with plastic and create new soak-away for surface water
