Non Material Amendments to applications 2014/01244/FUL - drawing 744/PL04 rev B - South Elevation. Extend the area of the agreed sun shade louvres to fully cover all the glazing in the first floor open gable end. The system will be supplied and fitted by Solar Sheild Exterior Shading Solutions Ltd (www.solar-shield.co.uk/). Example images and example detailed drawings can be provided but a 50% payment must be paid to the installation company before a detailed site survey can be carried out. Therefore approval is being sought based on the example images and example detailed drawings which provide a very accurate depiction of the NMA I am proposing. AND 2014/01244/1/NMA - drawing 744/PL13. Remove the alteration to condition 7 of 2014/01244/FUL as approved under 2014/01244/1/NMA because the toughened glass Juliette balconies will no longer be required. This is because the extended motorised louvre system described above will prevent access from the bedroom onto the flat roof and therefore the glass balconies will no longer be necessary.
