Description

T4 - pruning works to the Oak tree. Reduce identified upper east-facing branches by up to 1 to 1.5 metres, cutting back to suitable secondary growth points to provide clearance from overhead lines. Prune branches over the highway where necessary to achieve a minimum statutory clearance of 2.4m above the footway and 5.2m above the carriageway, and no more than is necessary to achieve this clearance. Remove dead, dying or dangerous branches only. All works to be carried out in accordance with BS39982010. No general crown reduction or wider pruning works shall be undertaken.
