Description

The proposal would see the building of a rear extension off the rear of the property. The property is stepped at the rear and it is proposed that a small single storey rear extension of 1455mm is built of the initial rear elevation, then a further single storey 3metre extension to be built off the stepped rear elevation. It is intended that the off of the existing out rigger would be reroofed to suit a mono pitch roof to extend onto the new extension. The maximum height being kept to under 3meters in line with permitted development rights.
