Description

T1 - Sycamore tree. Proposed total removal of the whole tree. The tree has out grown its surroundings getting quite close to the house and it wouldn't be best practice or respond very well to a heavy prune or pollard especially with it being a mature species. There is some decay present in the main stem where it looks like it has been pruned in the past which will cause ongoing decline in health and increase in decay and possible failure. The roots are starting to damage surrounding hard landscaped area.
