EIA SCOPING OPINION REQUEST for the restoration of Crawcrook Quarry via the import of 1.5 million tonnes of inert waste (predominantly soils and clays) over a 15 year period with an additional 2 years to finalise the planting and landscaping, to create a mixture of habitats for conservation and restoration (the location of the vehicular access and the detail of the restoration scheme are likely to change).
