Description

A partially retrospective application to change the use of a former garden centre to a mixed use as a garden centre and the use of a polytunnel and yard area for the manufacture of garden furniture. The replacement of the aforementioned polytunnel with a workshop building.-The erection of a new retail shop building and ancillary café to the garden centre.-The erection of a building to be used as two three bedroomed self-catering units for tourists (Note:- This building would be on the same site as that building permitted and commenced under reference P1646/17/FUL but materially lower)-The erection of a refuse and bicycle store building; and-The provision of incidental parking (in the same area previously permitted for parking under reference P1646/17/FUL)
