Description

EIA Screening request - The proposal would comprise up to 400 homes of mixed tenures, including affordable homes at an average density of 35 dwellings per hectare. The proposals also include the creation of a new naturalised country park with increased access to the wider community incorporating wetlands, woodland, species rich grassland, hedgerow trees and scrub. In addition, it is proposed to provide new footways and cycle routes to connect with off-site routes to other community facilities nearer the town centre
