Description

Type of trees Sycamore (T1 & T3) Lime (T2 & T4). T1: Sever ivy around the base of the tree. T2: Using suitable pruning points, sever laterally growing epicormic shoots to a height of 10 ft. To ensure that the trees main trunk and bark are undisturbed, retain vertical shoots around the circumference of the main trunk, allowing at least 1 ft between the exterior of vertical shoots and the trunk of the tree. T3: Sever ivy around the base of the tree, and sever laterally growing epicormic shoots to a height of 10 ft. T4: Using suitable pruning points, sever laterally growing epicormic shoots to a height of 6 ft. Retain approximately 1-2 ft of vertical shoots around the circumference of the main trunk. Reduce, by a maximum of 3m, the length of pendulous branches in the lower crown that are encroaching on Church Road and Church Close.
