Ref: TPO 142 (2007). We have been asked to cut back some branches of a Common Ash that overhang a neighbours yard. The Common Ash in question is in a small group of trees next to Bryn Hyfryd Cottages on the High Street, Trelawnyd. These cottages sit at the entrance to our property at Ochr y Gop. The neighbours (Mr & Mrs Smart) live in the first cottage (numbered 1 on the attached map) that sits on the High Street wish to install a summer house on the narrow triangle of land that runs along the High Street up to the group of trees, but are reluctant to do so as they say that some of the branches pose a risk. Consequently, they have asked us to get approval for the tree to be cut back.
